The Podcast for Mums in Business

The podcast for mothers who are building businesses, navigating identity shifts and refusing to choose between ambition and the people they love most.

I’m Victoria Phipps. Each week I sit down with inspiring women who are doing exactly that, building something meaningful while raising small humans, carrying the mental load and figuring it all out as they go. These are honest, warm and genuinely human conversations about the messy middle of motherhood and business.

Discover the journeys of inspiring Mums striving to integrate entrepreneurship with family life.

Join the conversation with other Mums who just “get it” over on Instagram.

A Fantastic Listen

What Victoria’s creating here is so so needed. The sharing of stories, the wonkey pathways, the daily juggles… Mums need to hear it from each other – everyone needs to hear it.

Victoria excels at interviewing her guests with genuine compassion, empathy and ease. I’ve been lucky enough to be a listener AND appear as a guest on the show. The podcast is a wonderful listen – highly recommend.

It’s The Podcast I Didn’t Know I Needed

This stage of life feels so incredibly lonely and it’s so supportive to hear from other women with tales you can relate to on Mum Means Business.

There is no NCT group for those of us starting new businesses with babies on our hips. There are no boardroom meetings to bounce ideas around with colleagues whilst bouncing babies on our laps! There’s no business plan which allows for growth whilst also managing a three-week reception staggered start 🫠

I started my own business at 34, three weeks before the first COVID lockdown, less than a year after lifesaving surgery, with a one and four year old in tow (nursery had closed 😷) and with a key-worker partner… I wish I’d had this podcast community to listen to then and give me the assurance I wasn’t alone in it all. Can’t wait to hear more ☺️

Must Listen!

I love listening to this podcast – it’s so inspiring to hear the stories of women who are running successful businesses alongside the juggle of being a parent and it shows what’s possible.

What’s more Victoris is one of the best hosts I’ve listened to – she is so skilled at drawing out fantastic content from her guests and moving seamlessly to different topics and gets the right balance between personal reflection and allowing the space for her guests shine.
